Good news USD fans …. a new version of Unified Service Desk has been released.

USD 2.2 includes the following new features;

• Displayed notifications to agents
• Enhanced Debugger
• Ability to customize login screen
• Accessibility, support for high contrast

I will blog about these and other changes I find in the coming days / weeks. The first post will be on the debugger and will be released very soon.
