Opportunities In this post, I explain the role of the opportunity entity in a PSA project and also how it relates to cost and sales price lists.
Quotes (High Level Estimates) A description of how quotes are created from opportunities. And also, how quote lines are used to enter the customer budget and then how details can be associated to build a high-level estimate.

Video Description
PSA – Episode One In this first episode I give a high level explanation of the capabilities of PSA and then continue to describe the process of creating an opportunity and quotation for a project based engagement.

PSA – Episode Three In this third episode I explain project contracts.
PSA – Episode Four In this fourth episode I will review how to build and resource your project team. Including three scenarios for resource selection. (Hard book, centralised resource management and applicants applying via the Project Finder App.)
PSA – Episode Five In this fifth episode I explain how resources can complete time sheets and submit expense claims. Plus how the project manager can then approve these to update actuals against the project.
