Attending a user group can be an enlightening and enjoyable experience. Mixing with people who share your interest and frustration with a particular product can have major benefits. Not least expanding your network of friends who share your pain.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM is evolving quickly. Anyone involved with it will no doubt understand the on-going challenge of keeping pace with the new features.

If you’ve never been involved with a CRM User Group before now is an ideal time to attend an event. CRMUG events are free to attend. You even get a free coffee and buffet!

The Birmingham chapter of CRMUG will be holding its next event on 29th March at 6:30pm. At the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.

Our next meeting will include a demonstration, from Microsoft, on Field Service.

We will also have a “taster session” aimed at showing the capabilities of social engagement in CRM. Plus, there will be a lively Q&A session when everyone can ask their questions of the assembled experts. (Come armed with you most challenging questions!)

Importantly there will be plenty of time for networking with likeminded people.

If you’re interested in Microsoft Dynamics CRM we’d love for you to attend.

You can register on the CRMUG website;

    2. Hi Neil

      First of all, everyone will be welcome registered or not. (Registering just helps us plan how many people might want a buffet!)

      You can register on meetup.com. So far nobody has reported problems with that!

      Or you can register on CRMUG. I have had some reports of issues with this that we are keen to understand.

      Regardless you will be made welcome. Please just turn up.

      But if you still have specific errors when registering please send me details and we will try to address.

      Neil
