Project Service Automation (PSA) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 gives us powerful / flexible project management capability in “CRM”. I have recently created several blog posts explaining its capabilities. I have also created a series of videos to demonstrate PSA.
In this first episode I give a high level explanation of the capabilities of PSA and then continue to describe the process of creating an opportunity and quotation for a project based engagement.
In later videos we will see how to create a detailed project plan, project contract, record time / expenses and how all of these ultimately contribute to creation of customer invoices.
