Christmas is coming! Meaning we are entering that period of the year when we have no Dynamics 365 events to attend. A very sad time! Our last event of 2017 will be on the 30th November in Birmingham. Come and join us for your last Birmingham based CRM fix of 2017.
It could be your last 2017 chance to network with your friends and colleges in the Dynamics world. So please make sure to register. You can register on meetup here or on D365/CRMUG here.
This week I attended CRMUG in Reading, it was a great event and I met loads of interesting people. Unusually for me I wasn’t presenting or involved in any great way. Meaning I experienced the event as an attendee. Attending some great presentations on Microsoft’s plans for Dynamics, GDPR and even a cool demo of BOTs. What the event did for me was recharge my excitement about Dynamics 365. Hopefully attending our event in Birmingham will do the same for you.
And so our attention turns to that centre of excellence that is Birmingham ….
As always the event will be held at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. This time on a Thursday evening, 30th November.
Anyone who has been to one of our events will confirm that we always offer an excellent free buffet. Why??? Well, partly because you’ll be attending at the end of a possibly long and busy day. So we can be pretty sure you’ll be hungry and thirsty. But also because there can be no better way to network than whilst in the queue for a great buffet!
I personally find meeting people at these events to be one of the most valuable reasons to attend but as if that wasn’t enough we have some great presentations.
We have some great topics …..
The myths of data migration and realities of using KingswaySoft
Most CRM projects involve an element of data migration. Irfan will talk to us about the myths associated with this important task. He will then set the scene by giving us some real world examples from his experience. And then he’ll give us a live demo of KingswaySoft in action.
Presenter: Irfan Saeed, Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Learning Path is the tool for you!
In this session we’ll look at the Learning Path feature of Dynamics 365: What Learning Path is, how to get started, the different features available and how Learning Path can help your users get used to a new system (or an existing one!). Are you struggling with user adoption or getting too many support calls on how to use the system – Learning Path is the tool for you!
Presenter: Andrew Bibby, CRMUG Rock star and Microsoft MVP
I am sure you know that Andrew is an organiser of D365/CRMUG for Birmingham. Along with Sophie Loor, Imtiaz Hussain, Craig Seymour and myself. We are all very pleased to be able to congratulate Andrew in his recent MVP award. I know how hard you have to work to become an MVP! And Andrew is no exception devoting large amounts of time to CRMUG. Assuming you attend in Birmingham I am sure he’ll be very happy to talk about his journey to become an MVP. Well done Andrew.
Hopefully we can see you in Birmingham. You can register on meetup here or on D365/CRMUG here. (It is free to register with CRMUG and our events are always free to attend.)
