Have you ever presented to a room full of people or given a webinar? If so you probably know that it can be an exhilarating experience. But then you probably also know that anything that can go wrong typically will go wrong. Last night that’s what happened to me! By way of an apology here is “take two” of my demo …… it shows how to quickly create a Unified Service Desk application using Microsoft’s new interface standard for Dynamics 365, the Unified Client Interface (UCI).

I gave my presentation as part of the D365UG’s virtual summer camp, the idea was to explain how great USD is and then complete a live demo of building a simple application.
