As time progresses I plan to add enhancements, performance improvements and bug fixes into The USD Accelerator …. with this in mind I have just released a version that works with Microsoft’s new Unified Client Interface (UCI).
Hopefully you know that UCI is Microsoft’s latest interface for Dynamics 365. And will eventually become a replacement for the web client that we have been using for many years. UCI is a great step forward as it provides a more responsive and more modern experience.
The good news is that this new version of The USD Accelerator is pretty much feature comparable to my earlier version. QGate’s Intelli-Cti hosted control and CaféX’s Live Assist are both still supported.

The USD Accelerator has been designed to help companies implement Microsoft’s Unified Service Desk quicker. If you are planning a USD project I encourage you to experiment with it. It can help speed your initial proof of concept build massively and may even give your production builds a kick start.
