Register now …. D365PPUG Birmingham – Wednesday 17th November 2021 5:30pm | Meetup

It feels like ages since our last Birmingham user group event. Sorry about that summer break seems to have run into Autumn!

Anyway, we are back with a free evening of exciting Dynamics 365 / Power Platform content on 17th November 2021. At 5:30pm. (GMT)

This event is hosted by the Birmingham team, but it is a virtual event so anyone and everyone can join. We have two exciting presentations; I will be giving a presentation about Unified Routing. And Paul Murana will show us some really amazing ideas on how to deliver invoices to customers and allow them to easily pay or comment on the invoice from custom buttons.

You will find a few more details about the presentations below.

Deliver Customer Documents, communicate and take payments – All with Power Automate

Paul Murana (MVP)

In this session we will delve deeper into the power of using Power Automate as a web server with the “When a HTTP Request is received” trigger. Several demos will explore what is possible using this extremely powerful connector.

Unified Routing – more intelligent than you think!

Neil Parkhurst (MVP)

With Dynamics 365 Customer Service we now have a new approach to routing cases (and other records) …. Unified Routing can be a powerful tool to route cases and emails within the Omnichannel for Customer Service app. But Unified Routing isn’t just about Omnichannel, in fact anyone with a Customer Service Enterprise license can use Unified Routing.

Plus we can now use machine learning to “read” case descriptions or email content and intelligently route the records to the best agent.

In this demo I will explain how to configure Unified Routing from the Customer Service Hub and explain how he used machine learning to train an intelligent routing model.
