Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a great product. (I have no doubt about that.) But there are many people out there who don’t know much about it.
On 20th April, I will be hosting a webinar to help people understand how to make the most of CRM in a contact centre.
I’m travelling home from a wonderful few days at summit EMEA 2017. The Summit was amazing it was really motivating to mix with so many people excited about Dynamics 365 and “CRM”. Whilst at EMEA I picked up a lapel badge containing the words “CRM Manifesto”, what was that all about???
Want to learn how you can rapidly create your own apps without code ……. Our next free CRMUG event will include a PowerApps presentation.
Attending a user group can be an enlightening and enjoyable experience. Mixing with people who share your interest and frustration with a particular product can have major benefits.
I am proud to be the speaker for three presentations at the EMEA summit, you will not be surprised to hear that the main one will be about USD.
I was recently asked to write a blog post for a special interest group at CRMUG. In it I provide an overview of Unified Service Desk (or USD for short). USD is a powerful Dynamics 365 tool but one that is often overlooked or misunderstood.
Feb 1st is almost with us! There are still places available at our next CRMUG meeting in Birmingham.
I am currently busy planning a Unified Service Desk presentation for the EMEA Summit in April.
Last month I attended the first meeting of the Birmingham CRM User Group. The meeting felt small but also had the vibe of a significant first step towards something larger.
We can now announce that we’ve made an important step. Our little group is now a local group linked to CRMUG UK.
Last night I proudly attended the first meeting of the Birmingham Dynamics 365 User Group. It was great to meet some fellow CRM experts. Several of whom I knew already by “reputation” but always good to meet people in person.
The aim of our little group is to get together as often as possible to discuss technical aspects of developing Dynamics 365 / CRM.
