User Settings
In The USD Accelerator we make use of the a standard Unified Service Desk concept of User Settings.
User Settings operate in a similar manner to global options except their influence is specific to a user.
Many of these settings are automatically created. Others maybe set by system administrators.
Admin User Settings
These options may be set by an administrator to force behaviour in The USD Accelerator.

| SystemAdmin | Y or N | The USD Accelerator includes a debugger, you might not want all users to access this! Therefore only users with this option will inherit the debugger and USD customization features. |
| FieldServiceScheduleBoard | N/A | If this parameter is present and Field Service is enabled then this user will have accedd to the FieldServiceScheduleBoard. |
| MyUSDDashboard | GUID of a dashboard | If the user has a USD dashboard different to the default it can be held here. (Remove this option to assign the default to the user.) |
Automatic User Settings
These settings are automatically created and maintained by the system. They require no input from an agent or administrator.

| CaseBatchMode | true or false | When a user is opening cases in batch mode this option is set to yes. |
| CRMHomePanel | MainPanel | Holds the panel the crm home tab is current in. Used in conjunction with ShowAndHideGlobal option. |
| FieldServiceScheduleBoardPanel | MainPanel | Holds the panel the field service schedule board tab is current in. Used in conjunction with ShowAndHideGlobal option. |
| FloatScreen | 1 or 2 | The screen for default position of floating panels. |
| HIDDEN | YES or NO | Used to show if global panels are currently hidden or not. |
| HomeOpen | True or False | Set to true when USD is closed with the CRM home tab open. Meaning the home page will be loaded when USD is restarted. |
| MyWallPanel | RightPanel | Holds the panel the wall tab is current in. Used in conjunction with ShowAndHideGlobal option. |
| MyWorkPanel | MainPanel | Holds the panel the my work tab is current in. Used in conjunction with ShowAndHideGlobal option. |

| USDHistoryPanel | MainPanel | Holds the panel the USD History tab is current in. Used in conjunction with ShowAndHideGlobal option. |
| WebsitesOpen | Set to true when USD is closed with the website tab open. Meaning the websites tab will be loaded when USD is restarted. | |
