Earlier this month I was proud to be part of an amazing event in Birmingham. We had a blast learning all about the next version of Dynamics 365 and the user adoption challenges many organisations face. We had a full house. On the back of this success we are already busy planning our next event. Registration is open now!
Below you can see the motley crew who helped organise the event. Including, Sophie Loor, Sarah Critchley, Imtiaz Hussain, Craig Saymore, Andrew Bibby and me.
You can register now for our November meeting. You can register on CRMUG here or on meetup here. (We’d love everyone that attends to be a member of CRMUG but all are welcome and the event is completely free.)
Date: 30th November
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Birmingham Chamber Of Commerce, 75 Harborne Road, Birmingham, B15 3DH
In November we are planning exciting talks on KingswaySoft and Learning Path.
Data integration is another major concern in most CRM projects. One that I often find is under estimated or completely missed. KingswaySoft offer some great tools to aid data migrations / integration. Learning about the concepts involved and how KingswaySoft might address the challenges should be a really enlighten session.
Learning paths are a fairly recent feature of Dynamics 365 they help on-board new users. Something that should continue the theme raised by Sophie Loor in our last meeting! Sophie explained how user adoption is key to the success of all CRM projects! Learning paths are a tool that might help.
Plus we’ll host our regular slot when your specific questions can be addressed in our “ask the experts” session. All are welcome to bring their CRM troubles. As a trouble shared really is a trouble halved!
And don’t forget, registration is free, attendance is free, parking is free and we even offer a free buffet. Don’t delay, register now spaces will be limited …… You can register on CRMUG here or on meetup here.
