D365UG Birmingham – 4th Dec 2019

I can’t believe we are entering the final few weeks of 2019 …. We’ve had a great year at D365UG Birmingham! We’ve hosted events this year including many fantastic topics, such as Dynamics 365 Marketing, Portals, PowerBI, Omnichannel and also talked loads about new “CRM” features.

We plan to close the year by going on a mission to help widen our knowledge of Dynamics 365. So, we have three sessions this time with the overall topic of learning something new about the other parts of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem – that’s right, there is life outside “CRM”!! Honest!!

We know it’s important for many of you to have a working knowledge of the Dynamics 365 apps and technologies that surround Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and so, to that end, we have three sessions on different areas of the Dynamics 365 world:

@James Glover will be giving us an introduction to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

@Adil Aslam will show us Dynamics 365 Talent to give you an insight into this product (that Microsoft themselves use to manage 100,000 job interviews per year!)

@Oli Ward from Microsoft will be showing us some awesome tech in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

Plus we’ll have all the usual networking opportunties and our famous free buffet. And as its almost Christmas, maybe you’d like to join us for a drink afterwards!

I’m genuinely looking forward to December 4^th …. I think I’m going to learn more cool facts this time than at any other event this year. It really shouldn’t be missed. I suggest you register now to avoid delay.
