I am about to start revising for the MB2-713 exam in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Sales Certification. I recently completed the MB2-714 Customer Service certification and published several blog posts containing my revision notes, I plan to take the same approach for the MB2-713 exam.
If you are interested in this certification, please check back often in the next couple of weeks.
MB2-713 covers all aspects of CRM relating to sales. Many of the areas covered will be common to previous certifications such as needing to understand leads, opportunities and the like.
But like the MB2-714 exam, this certification contains a few new topics. The most notable of which is integration with other Microsoft products. It seems there is a focus on linking CRM to other parts of the Microsoft stack including PowerBi, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Skype, Yammer, Office Groups. Plus, you’ll now need to understand social engagement.
Below is a summary of topics covered in the exam. I always find reviewing this in detail is a great start point. It is important to ensure you have a good appreciation of the exam scope before diving into revision mode.
So lots to look forward to! J
