In this second training module I will explain how to install unified service desk (USD) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This post is the second in a series aimed at helping anyone new to USD. Each module will build on the previous one. In this module I explain how to install USD creating a blank canvas ready for us to configure in future training modules.
